User's Right to Access Data and Requests

Users apply to Oblavion within the framework of the rights and powers granted to them within the scope of Article 11 of KVKK and have right to:

  • Learn whether personal data is processed,
  • Request information about this if personal data has been processed,
  • Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with its purpose,
  • Know the third parties to whom personal data are transferred domestically or abroad,
  • Request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
  • Request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the relevant legislation,
  • Request notification of correction, deletion and destruction in accordance with the relevant legislation to third parties to whom personal data are transferred,
  • Object to the emergence of a result against the person by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
  • Claim the compensation of the damage in case you get damage due to illegal processing of your personal data.
