Your orders are carefully prepared within 1-3 business days and delivered to the cargo authorities. Orders that you will create outside the specified hours or at the weekend are delivered to the cargo within the first working day. Your cargoes are delivered to you with the assurance of Yurtiçi Kargo.

As soon as your order is on the way, you will receive an SMS and e-mail notification with cargo tracking information and delivery date. cargo shipping to anywhere in Turkey is 10 TL. Shipping is free for purchases of 200 TL and above.

RETURN

You can return the products in your order within 15 days following the day they arrive, provided that they are unused and the packaging is not damaged.

In order to realize the return process, you can send the products along with bill to the our address that Yenibosna Merkez Mah. Kavak Sok. No: 9 Kat: 3 Bahçelievler / ISTANBUL.

You can pick up your cargo from your address by calling Yurtiçi Kargo on the number 444 99 99.

Apart from the Yurtiçi Kargo company, no refund is sent to the buyer with different cargo companies.

In the event that any opening, deterioration, breakage, destruction, tearing, usage and similar conditions are detected in the product and packaging you have purchased and if the product cannot be returned as it was delivered to the customer, the product will not be returned and its price will not be refunded.

After checking that the items you returned are eligible for return conditions, refunds to accepted return requests from OBLAVION's date of receipt of the cargo.

If shopping with installments is made on the website, payment is made in one installment or in installments, depending on the bank's return conditions. You can get more detailed information about payment information by calling your bank's customer service with your return reference code.

Open and check the packages that you think were damaged during shipment in front of the cargo company representative you received. If there is any damage to the product, do not take the product by keeping a record on the cargo company. Please note that after the product is received, you agree that the cargo company fully fulfills its duty.
